1. Returns

Eligibility: You can return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products, sale items, and items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned.

Return Process: To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fatimastyles.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we confirm your return request, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

2. Refunds

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Amount: The refund will be for the item price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition that is not as new, such as being damaged or missing parts, a partial refund may be granted.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Free Return: In cases of defective or wrong items received, we offer free return shipping. Please contact us before returning the product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@fatimastyles.com.
